Mike Schmidt ripped 2 homeruns and had 4 RBI at Fulton Co Stadium as the

National League club beat the American League team 5 to 2.



Schmidt enjoyed a fine evening at the plate. He blasted a solo shot in the

1st inning and belted a three-run homer (his 2nd of the season) in the 5th

inning. Both teams ended up with 5 hits on the night.



Tom Seaver(1-0) allowed no runs in 2 innings, and picked up the victory. Al

Hrabosky recorded the save, his 1st. Jim Hunter(0-1) was the loser in

relief.

One of the idiosyncracies of computer simulated baseball......you've got the 1975 All-Star Game and the attendance is only 28,000! Even in Milwaukee there should have been more come out than that (real attendance was over 51,000).
